Computer Science & Engineering Department was started in 2008 with an intake of 60 and it was enhanced to 120 in the year 2012. Again the intake was enhanced in 2019 to 180 seats. CSE Department got accredited by NBA in 2018. CSE Department having most experienced faculty in various domains of Computer Science & Engineering. The overall pass percentage of CSE students are always excellent. The students of CSE branch are getting good placements in various MNCs like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, etc.,
Dr. V. SURYANARAYANA, Professor of Computer Science & Engineering has been working as Head of the Department. He is awarded Ph.D degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India for his work in the field of Software Reliability in 2018. For the last 24 years, he is involved in teaching various subjects in the field of Computer Science & Engineering and guiding Undergraduates and Post-Graduates in the domain of Computer Science & Engineering. He has rich experience in dealing with different fields of Administrative positions. He has a credit of 30 research publications in National and International Journals of repute. He attended several Seminars, Workshops and Faculty Development Programmes pertaining to imparting the knowledge regarding the human resource.
